Measuring your head size

Find a measuring tool Use a soft tape, rope or even your charging cable. Place it against a ruler to measure.

Measure your head Wrap it around your head, position it mid-forehead and above the eyebrows and ears.

Find your helmet size Identify if it’s a good fit. Lumos Ultra fits most head shapes with the adjustable dial fit system.

Trotz Dunkelheit und Nieselpieselwetter bin ich gut sichtbar. Fast die ganze Familie ist auf den Lumushelm umgestiegen. Mich fährt keiner um, weil er mich nicht sieht. Er ist zudem bequem und nicht zu schwer.

Keine Bedienungsanleitung

Ich habe den Helm geschenkt bekommen und versuche nun schon seit Stunden eine Bedienungsanleitung zu finden. Die im mitgelieferten User Guide angegebene Homepage lumoshelmet.co/ultra gibt es nicht und ich konnte bisher auch keine andere funktionierende Seite finden. Weder lumoshelmet.co/ultra noch lumoshelmet.co/start oder allein die Seite funktionieren alle nicht. Somit weiß ich nicht, was ich überhaupt machen muss, denn es steht ja geschrieben, dass ich vor Verwendung meines Lumos Ultra die Bedienungsanleitung durchlesen soll. Wenn man für so viel Geld einen Helm erwirbt erwarte ich, dass mir auch eine Anleitung zur Verfügung gestellt wird... auch auf der Homepage (eu.ridelumos.com) habe ich keine Möglichkeit gefunden, eine Anleitung oder Manual herunterzuladen. Also bis jetzt bin ich nur sehr ärgerlich und nicht begeistert. Ich hoffe, jemand reagiert und kann mir helfen - vielleicht liegt es ja auch an mir.
