It does everything you'd expect from a helmet, including good lighting, long battery life, and USB-C charging. Awesome!

I would like to first thank you (LUMOS) for helping me feel safe again .I have the rear light mount already,what I would love is to have the end pieces from the rear mount sold as an accessory also try to upgrade the quality mayby in aluminium because if you fall with your bike they will break or accidental hit by someone .

Love this helment. It provides a solid impact protection for the user. Turning lights are pretty visible to other road users at night. The straps fits perfectly, and the locking mechanism is really easy to use. Customer service were really swift and effective. Overall, pretty solid helmet, I definitely recommend for all e/bike users.

Shipping was good, but quality is low. It should not be replaced after 1 year. Shipping costs are too high

I wish you guys sell the action cam type amount separately without the seat bracket :(, I need to mount it on rear and front wheel hub :(

I’ve been a fan of Lumos since the beginning. Great designs, high visibility bicycling safety gear and easy to attach controls. I love how they have moved to standardised charging connectors with the same great functionality. I’m still a fan. Well done.

Lumos Firefly

i am annoyed that it was not clear in the product description that the helmet already contained a signalling device so i bought this one as well. I was surprised when i opened the box to find it... and so i now have an extra signalling device
The helmet works well and as described although i think on cycling in the dark i expected the rear light where the signalling is to be thicker and wider

Remote Lite

Unfortunately the helm that my sister and my Companion so warmly recommend and wear every day when biking does not fit on my head so I can not whole heartedly recommend it as I can not use it and I need to return it to you ! And that is the object of my discontent you are making it quite an endeavour to complete and don’t tell me it is not possible to do it any other way I use online shopping intensively and you are on the unfriendlier side of things when it is about returning an item so no need for apology just change your return system! Best Yours friendly

everything else is great, except for the delivery part

I would Recommend the Lights however I am not happy I got the most expensive set that is not the problem when I got lights I could not charge the lights I think there should be a set options with the lights and the charger

Truly disappointed in these lights.... The mounting system really let's them down... The lights them selves are amazing, perfect synchronisation everytime but, the magnetic mounts aren't very reliable, ive had to wrap an O ring around them to stop them from falling off... If they had the same mount as the remote on the handlebars, twist lock type, this would be a 5 star review.

After a 6 mile cycle, when i got home I realised one had fallen off, cycling a further 12 miles back to the beginning, where it fell off. Frustrating.

Best helmet I’ve purchased ever.

I received the product but it is not possible to find the bill in the mail, on the website, with the package.... argh.... It is not very serious

Bad construction, did not work as described.

The helmet I received has padding missing from the inside and had obviously been opened before it reached me. Have been trying to arrange a return for around 10 days now but no luck and haven’t had a response from Lumos in a week

The helmet seems great but quite heavy. However I am very dissatisfied with your service. I contacted you at the required e-mail address for a return and no one came back to me so far.

Somewhat stripped when received. Won't stay up where I want it. 🙁Hate your support on firefly's. 😟love the helmet.
