I now own two Lumos Ultra helmets, white and yellow. I would like to buy an orange helmet. Please consider adding orange as a color option.

Love the Lumos Firefly lineup. I had to order another mounting arm as mine broke....for the second time. The second time it was a legit trauma to the piece. However, the first replacement was a minor accident where I laid the bike down. I also wish that the arm came with the Universal Mount as I am now waiting for them to be back in stock.

The helmet is unexpectedly light weight. It allows for air flow, so on hot rides you don't get overheated. The chin clasp is genious. So easy to use. It is extremely easy to adjust as well. I hope I never have to test its full cabablilties, but it feels like my your brain would be protected in an accident.

Having previously worked in the bicycle industry—including a stint at Shimano—I’d humbly consider myself somewhat of an expert. In my view, the standout feature of this light series is its turn signal functionality. It is arguably the only mature and reliable turn signal system available in mainstream markets today. While you can find plenty of similar turn signals on Taobao or in lower-end markets, I’ve tested several and found them to be plagued with issues, lacking durability, and featuring almost non-existent user-friendly UI design.

As both a dedicated road-bike cyclist and a mamachari (parent-child bike) user who commutes with my kid daily, reliability and ease of use are my absolute top priorities. After using the Lumos Firefly series, I found its turn signal design to be incredibly thoughtful and deeply considerate of the rider's actual needs. I truly believe Lumos should double down on marketing this feature, letting more people know that this is the unique, defining characteristic of their product.

Bought two of these mounts. Worked decent on one of the bikes, wouldnt work at all on the second. Didnt bother trying to return it because one of the bolts stripped to tighten the positioning of the light bar so we just threw it out

After 14 days, still no delivery.

I’ve gotten a grey helmet a couple of months ago and the quality was horrible for the grey. Have already wrote to the seller and now they’re replacing me this black one. I’ve done this replacement 14 days ago and I’ve not received the helmet and now I’m sent this email to review. How to review when I don’t even have the helmet ?

My helmet keeps dropping bluetooth connection and won’t stay connected to bike or app. I have done everything I can to troubleshoot, reset and figure out. I reached out directly to Lumos, they won’t help. They sent me to Quin Within and I have yet to hear anything from anybody. Now I’m outside of the 30 day free return window. This thing is a paperweight, might as well just buy a regular helmet if you want to avoid the frustration of who actually helps with this helmet. The company you bought it from or the company that owns the technology. Either way, buyer beware.
