I purchased 4 Firefly rear mounts for our bikes. They were very easy to install. They look great on the bikes and offer outstanding visibility. However one of the mounts screw stripped at the cradle, it is very sensitive, I did not apply that much pressure, yet it was damaged? Very good product, but take a good look at your quality control.
While out on one of my 30 mi rides, the left swivel mount on the seat mount failed and somewhere in that 30 mi the firefly light and the mount were lost. I should mention that since I received this seat mount, I've probably put 3k mi on my bike in the high UV/heat of the Floida sun. Seems like with constant vibration the plastic just cracked and failed.
Anyway, Brian in support was extremely helpful and has replaced the swivel mount and the light for me. Excellent customer support standing behind their products! I'll keep buying from them!

I had originally given a 5* review for the Firefly turn signals. However, I am changing to 4* only because after using the Firefly's a few times, the battery has not been lasting very long each time I have gone for a ride. I even put the brightness on the lowest dim and slow flashing. I still had barely an hour of use. I would expect a minimum of 2 hours especially since advertising had the time way higher. I still love the Firefly turn signals but since they are pricey for each light I would expect more longevity.
I had the worst experience with lumos shipping. But all of this was made better by an amazing customer service rep Kavin. He ensured he responded promptly and heard all my concerns despite me never getting the item . But he made sure I was taken care of and supported
