The remote control of my Lumos Matrix, purchased in 2021, could no longer be charged. Lumos Support immediately offered to send me a new remote control free of charge. Perfect and accommodating customer service!
Shipping: From the order (24/11/2025) to the delivery (08/12/2025) it did take some time, but considering the long shipping route the duration is understandable. The tracking of the shipment was good, only the delivery by DHL was, as so often, unreliable: delivery announcement for Saturday, cancellation, delivery announcement for Monday afternoon, simultaneously a delivery notification on Monday morning “Shipment is with the neighbor” – I was at home the whole time (!?!).
Forget the shipping issue - I am glad with me new remote!
I am not so happy with this "two button" remote control. I had it before and I found it difficult to hit the correct button for left or right, especally in darkness and wearing gloves. Therfore I bought the newer "Remote light" because of its design. The buttons were arranged there not side by side, but in an angel, which you could feel better, even in darkness an with gloves on. Unfortunately this device had a defect. After reclamation in the Lumos Shop they sent me a new device instantly (I give 5 Stars for that!), but unfortunately they sent me the old remote control (which I had already) and not the newer "Remote lite" which might not be available in the moment.
A must have accessory. It makes a difference.
